Co-Founder of Talent Tempo, brings over 17 years of experience in Support services, customer operations, leadership, people management, and staff recruitment in both foreign & local organisations. He has held senior roles at OrangeHRM (global), Exetel Communications (Australian), and Suntel Ltd, as a leader with well-developed management, technical, communication, customer service, analytical skills and employee recruitment.
He is also the Managing Director of Enezync Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, an Australian-based company specialising in offshoring & outsourcing services through Sri Lanka operations.
At Talent Tempo, he applies his deep operational recruitment & people management expertise to ensure a powerful effect in recruitment solutions. Kavinda holds a BSc in Business Computing from Wolverhampton University (UK) and other respective technical IT & management qualifications & recognitions.
Co-Founder of Talent Tempo, brings over 20 years of leadership in customer service, call center management, credit risk, and collections. He has held senior roles at Nations Trust Bank, Union Bank, Cargills Bank, Rockland Distilleries, and Suntel, driving strategies to reduce delinquencies and enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
He is also the Founder/CEO of Aexa BPO, a company specialising in collections, customer service, and back-office support.
At Talent Tempo, he applies his deep managerial expertise to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions. Nadeera holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) and an Executive Master’s from Asia E University (Malaysia).
